This Heavily Spalted Birch wood clock Is festooned with beautiful figure and colourful patterns, nature at its best!!

Spalting is the coloration of wood caused by fungi the unique coloration and patterns of spalted wood are very sought after, they can range from black to greens and red and yellow and this piece has it all, truly stunning and unique!

once sanded nice and smooth i finished it off with high quality oils and wood wax which brings out all the natural colours and helps preserve the wood.
