Chestnut Wall Clock, Steampunk, Industrial 

 

This lovely piece of chestnut has a beautiful grain pattern with some knots and worm holes, which instead of trying to hide or cut around I have filled with black epoxy resin to match the clock face, which also has a large cog in the centre.

this piece of Chestnut was collected from a fallen tree local to me which I cut up and air dried for two years.

It has been finished with two coats of lemon oil and two coats of clear wax
